I feel like I have been doing better this week of making better choices to not gain weight but I should be doing better at counting calories and actually losing weight. Had it not been for the exercise each of the days I ate a lot of calories, I would be worse off.
Overall, the week has gone well but I need to actively start looking more closely at the calories.
It would be great to eat more fish and low fat chicken meals at home.
Cutting out soda is still hard for me but I would not have lost any weight if not for cutting back already.
