Saturday and Sunday dinners really set me back 🙄 a little disappointed that I didn’t stick with my calorie counting this weekend but today is Monday and it’s a fresh start. LETS GOOOOOOOO
227.1 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
