I had 2 ham and cheese sandwiches for dinner (no mayo) and a small piece of cake cuz I needed a break. Back to being diligent, today. I expect my weight will be up for the next few days because of this. I will persevere.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 165.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
