well i did pretty good! ate well yesterday and woke up lighter. i have a feeling i'm catching the office flu which sucks but i'm sure some vitamin C coupled with going to bed early it won't affect me too much. let's just hope i don't get chained to the bathroom vomiting like the others here. :(
