itu jg dikasih asam folat, vitamin sm penguat kandungan dr dokternya ka.. yg bikin turun berat badan kayaknya krna aku mual muntah terus smpe lemes :(

Asam folat dibuah ada ko jdi minum dr dokter dan dr buah kaya alpukat aspargus itu ada asam folat makan sayur bayam yg ada zat besinya atau sayur yg mengandung zat besi
