Kids were home again today, went Costco shopping and made the ginger bread dough. Lots of baking coming up for the weekend. I need to be finished by Monday so I can send a platter to work with hubby.
Exercise: None Vitamins: No Rosacea: 2 = mild-to-moderate flare - No new spots, more healing, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea this morning, face felt dry this evening so I used the moisturizer from the dermatologist. Hubby said he could see a vast improvement in the red blotches!
