Not moving from 60kg so extremely frustrating.
Normally scales don’t phase me, however when in competition the scales matter.
On a positive I’m loving the shape of my body , definitely best condition I e been in for a long time 😊
I’ve managed to control water and sodium
132.3 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
