Getting fed up. Don't have a chance to sort my weight out due to educational, or work commitments. Luckily the cleaning tasks I have, has become a credit to shifting the weight, however, that will end in October 2013.

University starts in three weeks. It would be great and possible to lose a stone, if I'm able to continue with the ironing tasks, or as an alternative actually use my university gym membership. I'm still a member of Weightwatchers, and still have a knowledge of pro-points in food and can also work out conversions. I've still got fitness evolved Xbox360 game to get the early morning workout, if all else fails. Just don't forget, you need all the calories you can get when beginning the course on Monday 23rd September 2013, so the best thing to do, is spend the intermission time (27/08/13 until 23/09/13) to gather one's educational books and get the fitness regime going, as it will have to end by the 23rd September 2013.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.8 lb a week
