So, I haven't done much and i've not applied myself and so here i am with a gain of almost 1 lb and no loss.
My one year anniversary is in MAY and i'm no where near my goal. i got a trainer at the gym and have a schedule of working out 3 times a week. hopefully pairing that with a high fiber diet and following the blood type diet i will start to shed the little jiggle off.
wish me well, bc i desperately need it.
