- yesterday started high intensity aerobics (2min at 130, 2min at 160 heart rate).
- ate food from work (Red, White, and Brew). Too full to eat dinner.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 9.8 lb a week
