Pretty good weekend. i got some non-traditional exercise in from yard work to shopping. I did well with my calorie intake but I was surprised by the 4lb loss for this week! 1 pound closer at becoming a better me!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
