I'm having a hard time. I was hoping to be at my goal this month but that didn't happen so I just gotta keep trucking on. I am not going to make any more homemade ice cream. I'm surprised I didn't gain more. Since I am stuck at home for a while I bought 3 exercise cd's and will work at doing a work-out at least 5-6 days a week along with my recumbent bike, walking and stretching exercises as well as eating well balanced meals and drinking plenty of water. I plan to stay away from sugar, booze and processed foods. I also plan to keep myself busy by getting my house ready for sale by cleaning out closets, donating and selling stuff. As always I wish you all a successful journey and congratulations to so many who have reached their weight goals. I am proud of you all!
