Over the plateau. Going on 10 day RV trip to learn to operate a locomotive. Taking RV. Will pack only healthy food and no fun food, ie hi cal snacks, Ice Cream. When I eat out I will make the restaurant make only healthy food for me.
Hope to be over plateau and perhaps lose a bit more.
203.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
