So upset with myself I do so well during the week and then I mess it all up over the weekend, I just cant seem to find the self control ... just feel like crying
138.7 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No don't give up... 200g can be water.. Just stick to it and weigh tomorrow.. You will be down.

Same here. Weekends are tough. It is just to easy to open a packet of something and finish it while watching TV or chatting. Buying small packets of flings and cut fruit from Friday so I can have healthy snacks ready.
