I wanted to try to NOT enter in everything I do...and try to maintain my life. I've done alright, maintaining my weight, but have not lost any. My strength is rising though, and instead of just using the treadmill, I use the elliptical now, yoga and weights. Still get out to walking, but never did any canoeing, etc, like I wanted to, this summer....
209.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.0 lb a week
