Yesterday went great until dinner. Then I lost my mind on pizza, cheese sticks, wings and a brownie. Well, somehow I still went down a little. I’ll continue to log all my foods and not eat past 8 pm, that seems to help. Today I’ll avoid the pizza left overs.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
