Not sure how I only managed to gain a small amount after a naff week, but I am pleased. Feel I've got my head on straight now after taking a few days off to give myself a break, but now back and ready to go
421.7 lb Lost so far: 39.3 lb.    Still to go: 121.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
