Yippeee got my car back today!! it has been in the body shop since last Thursday. Went grocery shopping last night for baking today and found out an entire bag of groceries were missing... ho hum so back to the store I had to go. Made my first batches of cookies today and didn't even take a taste :)))

Exercise: 45 min elliptical 2.8 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body.
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 2 = mild-to-moderate flare - New spots, more healing, used the moisturizer, no trigger foods eaten.


171.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
