Today I weighed myself and surprisingly I was 162! That is my goal for this week. I have been struggling to get to 162 for several weeks now, but I'm happy that it's Friday and I am there already I just have to keep it up! This weekend is my girlfriend's birthday, so I will have to refrain from eating too much cake and unhealthy food.
