Back to eating right 100 %. Started back yesterday, did very well. I also started putting in my food and excersize. That for some reason helps me stay on track. My plan is to loose 5 lbs before the 20th of Feb. That is hubby and my birthday and we're going to Reno with family and friends for the weekend.
Then I know it will be hard but my over all plan is to loose 30 lbs by Halloween. Hubby and I are going to Mexico with one of my brothers and his friends for 7 days. I can't wait, but I really want to be into the itsy, bitsy, yellow poka dotted bikini, by then. I know it will be hard over the summer with swimming meets every weekend and bbqs, But is summer for if you don't have that. Just really need to pre plan for those events. I know I'll have cheats some times in there but I'll just hop back on the wagon.

I'm not just loosing for Mexico, I'm loosing for me. Need to be smaller. Need to get everything checked out. Not that anything is wrong, but as we get older things pop up.

so that is my life at the moment. Loose weight, get in shape, and over all do it with a smile on my face.
169.1 lb Lost so far: 8.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
