I have checked my weight a week ago and it was 69kg so I was much happy after checking I have loose 5kg in 3 months no doubt its not too much but I am improving on what I have planned.



I was thinking why not share my simple diet plan with you that I have choosen for my weight loss and also get some ideas and tips on how I can improve more.

My diet plan

1: fasting or sometimes less eating, two times a day!
2: green tea one cup a day
3: Honey with lukewarm water

Moreover, I am doing a 9 to 6 job so I don't have job for exercise daily that is the reason I need some suggestions that would help me more in loosing my weight.
I am joing gym from monday so that would add up as exercise.
