Not to worry just had a crazy food weekend. Going back on induction for a couple days.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 December 2010:
1400 kcal Fat: 90.76g | Prot: 106.38g | Carb: 33.55g.   Breakfast: cream, Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose), coffee, eggs, olive oil. Lunch: spicy, chicken meat, mushrooms, green pepper, onion. Dinner: farmer sausage, ground beef. Snacks/Other: laughing cow, dilly dip, broccoli, Atkins Advantage Peanut Fudge Granola Bars. more...
