Past week - ill number of days and couldn't follow proper eating plan - did not eat all the meals I'm supposed to. Then had two days when fasting labs required and not scheduled till later in the day so couldn't eat one of the days until dinner time. Ate the appropriate types of foods, just not the amount or at the intervals I'm supposed to.
