I'm pretty sure this is water weight. I've been behind on making Tea for several days and haven't been hydrating myself well enough. I'm gonna fix that TODAY.
296.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 173.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
