Today was a busy day and I was able to stay under 1100 calories to make up for the milk shake yesterday. I am not losing as fast as I would like but at least I am not gaining. I am trying to be very diligent about not eating after 6PM. I work late most of the week and sometimes I am not getting dinner until late, so I try to do a 100 calorie Greek yogurt and mixed omega nuts (1/4 cup). But I have decided to just not eat anything close to 6pm, regardless, and see if that kick starts the downward direction. I got my 10k steps in today, which is good. I will be glad when this plateau passes for sure.
