I worked so hard to stay in diet while on night shifts. Bodytrax at the gym says I have gained muscle and lost fat but so hard to know how accurate that really is and its weight loss I really want.
226.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
