Todays Measurements: Since Jan 30th last measurements

Neck: 15" (-1)
Chest: 47" (same)
Bicep: 16" (-1)
Waist: 43" (-1)
Thigh: 29" (same)
Hips: 49" (-1)
Calf: 18" (same)

I have not lost any weight but I have seen a significant difference in clothing. Since Jan 2nd, i have lost a total of 4" off my waist. I am hoping that weight will come off as the fat sheds. If it doesn't within this month, I may have to consult with somebody.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
