Wow the water weight from TOM came off fast this time! Yayyy now to get below 248! Gotta go to work but actually have dogs to groom... sitting here with my new kitten in my lap and it's killing her not being able to play with the cursor on the screen LOL
249.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
