Not bad, not great eating week. The meals were reasonably good, but ate several pieces of birthday cake and cookies over the week in celebration of my daughter. I didn't get off track though with substantial healthy meals with extra vegetables. I have my marinated chicken breasts grilling on the BBQ as I type. To be served with 3 cups of veggies (including spinach), and 1/2 cup of brown rice (pretty typical). Except tonight I'll eat a full breast instead of just 100 grams. 100 grams is about a third of a breast where I buy, lol!

156.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
