What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Boiled Egg

Lunch: Salad with Canned Mackerel+Brain Octane

Dinner: Salad with Edamame, Natto with Flaxseed meal+Daikon Radish Sprouts,Skipjack Tuna Sashimi, Vinegared Mackerel Sushi, Rolled Sushi, Inari Sushi, Fried Squids, Ikura and Flourless Chocolate Cake.
103.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 15.4 lb a week
