先記錄一下今晚的體重,不知道為什麼這幾天瘋狂暴食,體重最後應該會比連假前重
現在努力調適心情,不要被數字影響,畢竟減重不是一天兩天就可以達成的事情😭
118.6 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
