I was so checked out and distracted. Was it summer? I am coming back. Would like to change my lifestyle. One thing I have disciplined myself to do is be forgiving when I am so mean to my inner self. More nurturing to myself and that's not with food. It's with kindness. And look during all of this time I have been away I lost three pounds. Yipee! I am happy, happy, happy!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
