Went to visit my parents for 4 days. I stuck to my healthy eating and even walked one day. (I'm still not able to fully exercise yet since my arm surgery). But I still went down. Not much but I'm so happy to see it didn't go up! When I get out of my routine I always seem to not lose as much or even gain a pound or two. I'm happy. :-)
204.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
