I am steadily losing which is really nice. I had a pure cardio day yesterday and look forward to doing weights this afternoon. I am probably going to head to the gym around 3:30 in order to get a really good workout in before the BF comes home from work. He usually meets me there after he is done work and we workout together which is nice. I am feeling really good about the weight loss these days. I finally have a really good scale at home here which has helped me move forward with it all because the scale I had before wasn't really weighing me properly. It helps to have the right things to get you moving:)
