Okay, today's the day. I'm starting my "every other day diet" which will consist of vegetable soup (with brown rice and lentils), fruits and vegetables, and small bits of protein if needed (such as a hard boiled egg, yogurt, or nuts/peanut butter). I won't be counting calories this time around so I sure hope this diet works for me!
