Today IS the first day of my new life! I have gradually removed sugar, grains and alcohol from my body. I am signed up for the walk challenge that is starting tomorrow. I already have plans to walk in the morning with a friend. I know, for a fact, that this life will be happier, easier and more fulfilling than the past!
