Its a gloomy rainy Monday here. I hope someone out there has a sunny warm morning!!

Got my coffee, and really have the sleepy tireds this morning, mmm. I think its the rain. Its kind of a misty, grey day so far. I really hope that changes!! This is one of those days that I really want to crawl back in bed and go back to sleep!! That is not going to happen!! I can't let myself do that!!

I have been really missing doing my exercises for the Physical Therapist. That is my fault, as I've been blowing them off. They aren't that hard!! The main thing, I can't do them on the bed, and I have a really hard time getting on the floor with the yoga mat, then getting back up!! I've decided to put the mat close to the couch, then kind of slide off the couch to the mat. Then I can use the couch to get back up. Now I just have to go do them!!!

Oh, and the unofficial weigh in is still 273!! even after a crazy weekend!! This is a good thing!! Yay me!! Now, I'm off to finish enjoying my second cup of coffee, and to find that yoga mat!!! I hope everyone had a really wonderful weekend!! Have fun today, get out and get some exercise!! Make it fun!!! I know I do!!
Keep that diet battle raging friends!! I'll be right here for backup!!!
