today is my first day for doing my own diet.i cut all my food.and i also doing aerobics for 55 minutes.and now i am studying for tomorrow presentation.i hope i can do well and keep healthy.
191.1 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 69.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
