Working out like a madman right now. Cardio has changed to a "easy" interval rotation. I'm doing:
5 minutes - 3.8mph brisk walk warmup 20 minute rotation of: 1 min - 3.8mph 1 min - 4.8mph 1 min - 5.8mph 1 min - 6.8mph Rinse and Repeat 5 minutes - 3.8mph cool down walk
Doing this every other day on my break day from weights. Seems to be working in conjunction with my NO CARBS AFTER 6PM rule and keeping the days calories under 2500.
