Working hard, eating right and working out. Lesson learned....no more beer! Not worth it!
182.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Doesn't that suck about no beer. I love beer - but agree with you. I've been having glasses of "Skinny Grape" wine instead. 80 cals a glass. It's not bad.
