Anyone have any tips on how to get through PMS and what follows without totally gaining back everything you've lost?? I'm still hitting the gym, but my craving for comfort foods is UNREAL this week...HELP!!!!!!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
