These are the meals I ate yesterday.
Breakfast: steamed egg(with butter)
Lunch: Salad(no pic)
Dinner: Avocado and Yama-imo(Japanese mountain yam) salad, Super farm tofu +Shimeji mushrooms sauté, Brie cheese(no pic), Natto(Fermented soybeans) with flaxseed meal(no pic) and nuts(no pic)

I made beef tallow yesterday.
100.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
