What a surprise to actually lose weight while eating the foods i enjoy. I love this calorie counter. This might actually work for me. I did not exercise yesterday but I did get plenty of sleep which is probably what I really needed.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
