I found out I have grade one falling bladder. I am not able to do a lot of exercise. I am going to cut back on calories and eat less. I can ride a bicycle long it's on easy setting and do brisk 30 mint walk.
185.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
