I dont know.... But my mind cant get right to stay on diet.

I must focus but is so hard ive came so far 23kg off 15kg to go but its difficult.

166.7 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Dont stress. We can't be 100% dedicated you're allowed to cheat or treat yourself. Just try and maintain a balance with your eating. Go back to your reasons why you started your weightloss journey. Best wishes to you!

Thanks Marty70 i will do so. I must get my mind right. Thanks for the advice.o must say my weight stays the same didnt gain to much only 2kg from march. I must get myself to get to my goal. Thanks so much.

Try something new. I have been trying keto, but with very high, dangerously so, cholesterol, my doctor put me on the 28 day diet. I lost almost 4kgs in September after only losing 900g in August. Wow I wish I can just get to the 70s. You have come a really long way!!! Stay strong. I must say that the relislim tablets that I take help to curb the cravings and take better control of what I eat....
