I'm so disgustingly fat and my hair is thinning on top:( What happened? I just need to remember that its never too late, move an hour a day, know what I'm eating and to talk about whatever is on my mind!
152.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
