Now I have started a vigorous ab workout routine. I am mostly lean muscle so I'm now starting to see a washboard ab formation. I feel so accomplished. My Goal weight is 115lbs, but my nutritionist says that's an anorexic weight and I should actually try to put on even 5 more lbs and maintain at 130lbs. So Lets see how it all turns out. But I will say this Thanks to FatSecret I have now achieved my Healthy Body Weight. The Resources here are indeed very helpful.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
