weekends weight was an interesting annomoly. I think I might have been dehydrated which is why my weight was so low. this number is more in line with where I should have been.
163.1 lb Lost so far: 52.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel the same way. There was a 1.2kg difference but felt I needed more water.
