120/13/10/17.5 for 2020/September/September Gym/PT this morning. Good cheek workout using stabilizer ball. Do that again. Some minor left lower hip soreness a couple hours later.
118/11/9/17 and 119/12/9/17 for 2020/September/September Gym/PT were on Saturday. Sunday had a little left hip pain and lots of good cheek workout soreness.
