Well I did it, 2 more pounds gone! I am so excited. I am at 47lbs lost and at the 50lb mark I will get 2 new tattoos. More than the new ink I am just so very proud of myself. 47lbs, that is a huge accomplishment! I feel great. I just wish the weather would warm up so I can take the kids out to play. I am like a freak about the snow. I hate the way it sounds, the cold, everything! I like to be warm.

Anyways, the Steelers won the superbowl last night and I kept up with my goal of not eating after 730. Surprisingly enough it wasnt that hard last night. I was into the game and also exercised during part of the game too. I am glad they won. I emailed my brother in Iraq and told him. Then I got to thinking, when my brother sees me next I will be way thinner than he has ever seen me or at least in the last 7 years.

All in all I am very excited. I am however getting tired of people asking what my secret is. I clue them in, THERE IS NO SECRET. It is old fashioned eating right and exercising. I had to give up some loves, but you know what, nothing taste as good as thin feels. I also don't live to eat anymore, but eat to live. If I want a piece of chocolate cake, I will have one, when I am at a weight where one piece won't kill me. For now, I will continue to do it my way. I love that people are noticing too. I have people come up to me and say I am shrinking, lol. Yay me! This is my year!!!
207.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
